Did you know that every person in Oklahoma already has an Oklahoma Estate Plan? You either have one that you made yourself or you have the one provided in Oklahoma’s intestate succession laws.
For most people, it is not okay to have the Oklahoma statutes determine how their estate passes. You can change. My Oklahoma estate Planning practice is about helping families and individials plan and protect, to specifically design a plan that fits your needs and specific life circustmances.
I do this through a combination of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, living wills, deeds, bills of sale and other documents. We work together to meld all of these into a cohesive plan for your estate. Oklahoma Estate Planning is not about the amount of money you have, its about taking control of your situation and planning for your family.
