Six critical things for employers to consider before terminating an employee

Although there is no “foolproof” list of steps to do the absolutely perfect termination of employment, there are practices that have been proven wise over time. I put together some of those practices for employers to consider. To make the presentation something other than mundane text, I created the diagram below to illustrate the issues and provide some flow:
